In-Made: The Power of Work
At In-Made, part of the Dutch Custodial Institutions Agency (DJI), more than 8,000 incarcerated individuals across the Netherlands work on building their future while serving their sentences. In over 30 correctional facilities, they acquire new skills, earn diplomas and vocational certificates, and manufacture a wide range of products.
Under the guidance of experienced work supervisors, incarcerated individuals develop their skills and prepare for successful reintegration into society, while delivering high-quality products and services to government, semi-public organizations, and businesses.
