Overzet Beschoeiing is not a standard product, but rather a versatile and well-engineered solution for specific situations. In locations where space is limited, disruption needs to be kept to a minimum, or sustainability is a priority, our system provides the ideal solution. Where complete replacement would be too invasive, we extend the service life of existing structures without unnecessary waste. Our product is an innovative system that reinforces existing timber bank protection structures with a durable steel overlay structure.
This means extending the service life by at least 50 years. Our solution is circular and environmentally friendly, with a low Environmental Cost Indicator (ECI/MKI) score. We work throughout the Netherlands to make waterfront structures more sustainable for municipalities, water authorities, provinces and marinas. We also supply our system to contractors who use Overzet Beschoeiing for their own clients.
