NL Greenlabel aims to create healthy and sustainable living environments where people and nature are in balance. The use of sustainable products and materials and greenery in the broadest sense of the word are central to this.
To make this measurable, NL Greenlabel commissioned the development of the first integral sustainability label for materials, products, plants and areas. This label provides at-a-glance insight into the degree of sustainability of products & materials, plants or areas. This makes it easier for everyone to make conscious and responsible choices. For example, it is possible to visualise the effects of choices made for materialisation, energy, biodiversity and the role of humans.
The link with the Scientific Advisory Board and NL Professionals (gardeners and designers) as sustainability experts makes it possible to design, realise and manage the most sustainable residential areas, business parks and parks together with the various stakeholders.
